Oc\u00fapase das seguintes tarefas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dilixenciar o cumplimento de cuantas disposici\u00f3ns legais afecten ao centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recopilar e conservar a normativa e toda a informaci\u00f3n e documentaci\u00f3n pertinente ao Centro e ao desenvolvemento da s\u00faa actividade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar fe de todos os T\u00edtulos e certificaci\u00f3ns expedidos, dos actos de toma de posesi\u00f3n do persoal docente, das certificaci\u00f3ns de exames e expedientes acad\u00e9micos ou disciplinares do Centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arquivar e custodiar a documentaci\u00f3n legal do Centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manter a base de datos de alumnos e persoal docente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xestionar os documentos de avaliaci\u00f3n necesarios para informar a profesores, alumnos e familias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O horario de apertura ao p\u00fablico \u00e9 de 9:30 a 13:00<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group service-outer-box has-extra-primary-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4f9f0532 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6a9881a7b8517e87c78c2978b277d991\">Administraci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4411e959a1352c620558130925bbd5c6\">As tarefas b\u00e1sicas da administraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica do colexio son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-88a56421f77a35d7f4f80aceff4ff66f\">Elaborar o orzamento do Centro, de acordo coas directrices do Equipo Directivo, e na forma prevista polo Econ\u00f3mo Provincial, as\u00ed como a rendici\u00f3n anual de contas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dc11eb003d859370c98bc8b18cec93db\">Presentar periodicamente ao Equipo Directivo un informe sobre a aplicaci\u00f3n do orzamento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-378d4e310164de334ac50454ed11cc93\">Responsabilizarse da confecci\u00f3n das n\u00f3minas do persoal e facilitar \u00e1 Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica as dos profesores de Nivel Concertado, para que esta efect\u00fae o pagamento delegado, todo isto en coordinaci\u00f3n co Centro de Xesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e309a7d3086ac9d8daa14ec0c0e71656\">Tramitar os encargos de material did\u00e1ctico, ordenar pagamentos, organizar e administrar os servizos de compra e almac\u00e9n de material funxible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11da0faaf0b5908e970bc1ab951bd907\">Liquidar e recadar as taxas acad\u00e9micas e administrativas e todas as subvenci\u00f3ns e dereitos que correspondan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8dd3f50ed837ca19ef0107373c68a79f\">Dispor das contas bancarias, de acordo cos poderes que lle foran outorgados, e ratificar os libros de contabilidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-06e34493876fdb0769d66b92b1a27bd0\">Preparar os contratos de traballo para que desde o Centro de Xesti\u00f3n se redacten e sexan asinados polo representante da Entidade Titular, de acordo co Director do Centro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b11808c5fe158bb0854f0efe462487f1\">Deixar constancia escrita e aplicar as decisi\u00f3ns relativas a soldos, honorarios, gratificaci\u00f3ns ou posibles sanci\u00f3ns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-724c3b2ff2ea83efd3dea79ed7af7ca5\">Arquivar e custodiar a documentaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica do Centro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-571847d6fe95e6b7b25c76d9f922e5bd\">O horario de apertura ao p\u00fablico \u00e9 de 9:30 a 13:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Secretar\u00eda La funci\u00f3n principal de la secretar\u00eda es la gesti\u00f3n documental del centro en los aspectos acad\u00e9micos.
